Introduction: Petroleum ingestion is a health problem in Africa and can be responsible for significant mortality. Objectives: Improving the management of accidental petroleum ingestion in children, describe the socio-demographic characteristics, clinical, therapeutic and evolutionary profile of children hospitalized for accidental ingestion of petroleum and identify the factors associated with the occurrence of petroleum pneumopathy.
